Brad and his staff are very friendly, and not pushy which I find refreshing. We were shopping for auto insurance, and they didn’t try to sell us on any other financial opportunities while we were there. He did mention other products, but it was more of a contact me if you are interested in this type of discussion. Though you pay a little more for State Farm, I think that the knowledge and professionalism of their agents and the reputation of the company makes up for the extra expense. The office was very warm and inviting and the whole experience took a lot less time than I would have thought. I would most likely buy additional insurance products from Brad in the future, even if they were a bit higher than other companies.
