He was very rude and not willing to help at all when it came to claims. He was also not very friendly towards customers, you can tell its all about the business and not developing a good business relationship with his customers.I had an accident and he was difficult with getting my OEM parts vs after market parts and slo delayed me claim for a long period of time. I feel an agent should put his customers first and that is not the case when it comes to this agent. I also feel that the atmosphere in that office is just very cold and does not promote customers to feel comfortable.I just wish the level of service was at the same level with everyone that goes there as i have heard of favoritism.
