From the beginning it was a problem, we had AAA back in california so wanted to keep it. It took a week to hear back from Brenda and when we would call and ask for a different agent they would tell us that Brenda had to call us back. When we had an issue with our water pipe and called to ask about our options she laughed and made the comment ‘oh well, that’s what owning a home is about hardly seemed professional. Always takes me multiple times reaching out to her to hear back. I dont even call anymore since she never answers her phone i only email, and i always have to resend the email multiple times (forwarding the previous one) before she replies to them. We are considering changing asap because of this.
