1. The sign up process was very easy. After comparing prices online, I made one call and they were able to get me set up with auto and home insurance for the cheapest price. Every time I’ve called them, they’ve been super friendly and willing to help resolve my questions. I often call just to check if i can get a cheaper price and they always review my policies for any additional savings. Also, they recommend products or additional coverage based on my needs, but are not pushy or obnoxious about it. The one time I had to make a claim, they made it painless. I would only stop using them if I found a cheaper price elsewhere. Otherwise, their customer service is unsurpassed. I would definitely recommend them to other people that I know.

2. Brooks and his staff ( I never personally dealt with the man himself) have been extremely helpful over the last decade of me having car insurance. I’ve been able to switch between different options and the process was seamless and as far as purchasing insurance goes, it was both positive and pleasant. They guide you through the decision process there and are always conscientious of the details between plans that might not seem like a big difference price wise, but have vastly different policy concerns. This place isn’t the cheapest as far as insurance in my area is concerned, but they have significantly better coverage offered for relatively little more in premiums. I would encourage anyone in the Honesdale/Hawley area to deal with Brooks first, they have always taken good care of me and my family.
