I believe the only time I met him, was when we moved to the area and first signed up. We had a tree limb fall on our roof not long after we moved in, within five years, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I don’t know that we ever met with him, but we worked with the women in the office and the woman who came out to inspect the damage was from out of state but from the closest larger State Farm office. Buddy’s office always send out holiday cards for Thanksgiving and Christmas. For the first couple of years, he would send hand written notes about how we could improve our policies for either the home or the car. It was very a sweet gesture, but I could never read his handwriting.
