I’ve used this agent for over ten years. The office manager is extremely knowledgeable and gives very good advise on policy . Her attention to detail and her time set aside for each customer is to be commended. She is always on top of things and takes great pride in her job.the rates are very competitive and I have been very pleased with the coverage for the rates. The location of the office is central and very accessible which allows for easy access for all customers. The staff is and has always been kind and efficient.i will likely remain a patron of this office for the foreseeable future. There is something to be said for longevity which is a nod to the knowledge of the business for which they represent.
My experience with Calvin Harris has been very good. I first met him when my father died. I inherited my father’s car, and after the estate was settled I called Mr. Harris’s office to ask how to go about updating the information on the policy for the car. They replied I could go into any State Farm Insurance office and do so. I go into my local State Farm Insurance office, they reply no, what I want to achieve (i.e. update the policy info), is impossible, and that I must go in in person to Calvin Harris’s office, cancel the policy, and then open up a new one. I call Mr. Harris’s office, tell them this, they reply that the information is incorrect, I do not have to come in in person to them, and in fact I can update the policy information over the phone if I like. I do so, taking only a few minutes. It was very easy, and any updates on the policy since then have been equally easy and when I have had questions about my policy or billing on it, they have been immediately in contact answering all my questions. Any time State Farm Insurance has made changes that might affect me, Mr. Harris’s office has been very prompt in contacting me and letting me know what the changes are and how they will change my policy, if in any way. I would easily recommend Mr. Harris to anyone I know looking for auto insurance.
