Dave Tebbe’s office is awesome to work with. When I moved to Kansas City in 2010, I got car insurance with them. When my husband and I got an apartment, they recommended that we get our renter’s insurance through them, too, and gave us a discount for doing so.
My husband and I experienced a few financial difficulties within the past year, and our insurance normally automatically takes out from our checking account. But we had a few times where it couldn’t because of lack of funds.
Dave’s office has always been great. They’ve been understanding of our financial struggles, and have never made us feel embarrassed or stupid about it. They have worked with us to get our policies reinstated as fast as possible and have made payment arrangements with us when necessary.
In addition, Dave’s office sends us birthday and holiday cards every year. I feel like a valued customer and would strongly recommend Dave Tebbe to anyone seeking insurance.
