My experience with this agent has been wonderful. She was easy to work with and answered all the questions I had about my specific coverage I would be getting. Dawn found great deals and made sure I was getting the most for the money I was spending. She was friendly and made sure she was checking in with me regularly to make sure I was still happy with the coverage I was receiving. She even went as far as to send a letter on my birthday wishing me a happy birthday. I felt that showed how she cared for her customers and is willing to go out of her way to make sure they are happy. I would recommend Dawn to any of my friends or family who might be looking to change their current insurance provider.
I met with her to talk about new options for my insurance needs. She has been nothing but helpful and informative for what I needed. It certainly helps that the rates she was able to provide were very low compared to what I had been paying and also had higher coverage which was great! She was able to answer all of my questions. I had talked with her over the phone a few times to give some details on what I was looking for and she had a very accomodating schedule to meet with me when it worked out to go over more details of the plans I needed. She was able to go over my existing plan and show me the comparisons to my new plan which helped a lot.
