1. My agent has been pretty run in the mill. We don’t talk much, but he does contact me when there are issues with my account or payments. He is very polite, but I get the sense that I am not his most important customer. I have had to call in one claim, and he was very helpful and responsive. I get the sense that he’s a quiet, troubled genius, who is only working as an insurance agent to provide insurance to those who don’t have it. He seems to have a deep understanding of the needs and wants of his clients, however, I don’t feel that his understanding goes so far as to fall upon me. For this reason, I have been seeking a new agent to provide my insurance.

2. My experience with Elwood Ervin at State Farm has been very favorable. I just recently sat down with him and my husband to talk about our car insurance and life insurance policies. I like his personality and he is very knowledgeable about the products that he is trying to sell to individuals. He taught me some new things in out meeting that day which I loved. I choose him in the first place because he was my mothers’ agent and it was very easy to sign up. His prices seem reasonable and it is very easy to make payments each month. His office also makes sure to send me a bill each month if my payment amount is going to be different from the previous month. All in all I love this agent and the people in his office. They are all very courteous individuals.
