Felix and his team are extremely helpful, they care about their customers and make sure that they put together a plan that provides the best coverage at an affordable price.
Whenever I need assistance with this agent, I always go into the office rather than try to communicate over the phone. When I have communicated business over the phone, either the changes did not take, or there was some type of miscommunication. This agent replaced my former agent at this office when he retired, so I technically did not choose this agent. I simply chose not to switch. I think the company as a whole is a good one. However, we have gotten calls about past due balances that did not exist, which I found incredibly offensive. When I called to set them straight, we did not get a call back. We always get holiday cards in the mail from them, so that is a nice touch. However, I would rather have efficient, organized service.
