   Easy to Work with at a Fraction of the Cost Elsewhere

   I’d been a member of AAA for over 10 years and never even realized they offered auto and home owners insurance. Us being with a different agent, Garth contacted me and put together a home/auto package that we simply could not pass up at about half the price of our previous package which we thought was good. He is occasionally hard to reach, but SOMEONE in his office almost always calls back within the same day. If someone else can’t handle the problem immediately they’ll always have him call back within 24 hours. When I do get in touch with him directly he is always Johnny-on-the-spot looking up any questions or addressing additional issues which may arise. For instance, when we recently got a notice from the insurance carrier about a reduction in coverage due to age of our roof, he took the time to look up all the local exceptions and compared them with our home and got the coverage reinstated to the original specs. In another instance where a carrier inspector showed up concerning coverage on another item and claimed there was a separate issue that they spotted and reported as a deficiency, he sent someone out the same day to look at it from his office and submit a correction. Overall extremely pleased over the last few years we have been with him.
