Gary’s office always takes care of anything I need for my business. We always need certificates of insurance for various clients that we go to and whenever I need one I just send an email or fax over to the customer service girl and she always sends them right out so that we don’t have any delays in being able to complete the job we’re working on. I rarely talk to the agent himself. But his staff especially one lady that answers the phone is clueless. Anytime I ask her anything she never knows and never seems to be able to find out the information. My mom has insurance through them too and she hates calling and talking to this lady. This lady is so boring and slow and never has an answer. When she does say she will get an answer she still never seems to know. She’s been there a long time and just the sound of her voice drives me crazy. I did get to talk to Gary recently and that was annoying too. He seems to know what he’s talking about but instead of answering my questions he was more concerned with getting my daughter’s new husband to sign up. He went on and on and on about it. We are going to switch once we find a better agency or company.
