I have been with Gil for many years now. Overall I must say that my experience will Gil has been great. I have not always been happy with State Farm and their policies. Still I know better than to blame Gil for that. He makes my feel better by sitting me down and explain what and why things are changing. He understands that I desire to be knowledgeable about what I am paying for. He is also great when it comes to handling claims. He leads me through every step of the process and lays out exactly what I must do. This ensures that State Farm will process my claim as quickly as possible. He is also very organized which makes renewing my policies a nearly effortless task when that time of the year comes around?”
I had a closing date coming up and needed to select homeowners insurance. Unfortunately, since my zip code is ‘technically part of a flood zone’, I was either not getting any quote from companies, or an astronomical amount of a quote from others. I realized that I would need to go to a person that knew the area, so I reached out to this one. I spoke with the secretary who was very nice and helpful. She was able to draw up a quote in a few days, and help me with some discounts. This being my first home, I had no idea what to expect or even ask for, but she held my hand the whole way through the process to make sure that I had a policy that was in effect by the time that the closing date arrived.
