Overall my experience with Glenn Hickson and his employees has been absolutely wonderful. When I go into the office I always receive exceptional service and the ladies who work there always make me feel at home. They are kind enough when I bring my nephew in their provide him a lollypop so the trip is not as boring for me.
Besides the amazing staff, filing a claim with them has been really easy and convenient. Recently my car was vandalized and they arranged for me to have my car damage estimated and a check was cut within 15 minutes. I was able to set my won time for this appointment and they were super flexible when I needed to reschedule. They conveniently removed the deductible from the check as well to make the process easier for myself and my family.
In another case a vehicle was damaged due to inclement weather. When I messaged them about the damage they gave me the options to have an agent check out the vehicle or bring it to the branch for a faster estimation. When I brought it to their location they took a good look at it and provided me a solid estimate within 15 minutes and cut me a check so I would be able to get repairs going. Upon professional inspection, it was revealed I needed to do a lot more work to the car and as such they quickly cut me another check for the difference and I was able to get my car good as new in almost no time at all.
Overall I am thrill with Glenn Hickson and State Farm and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality insurance coverage and customer service.
