When I first joined, my agent was Gus. Now, he was great. If there were any changes or updates, he always called me to let me know. He didn’t pressure me in to buying anything extra. He left, so my agent became Heather. I never speak with her directly. I ALWAYS speak with a CSR. I found that to be odd. I work in insurance and we normally send the customer through to their agent. I had a change in my policy and nobody contacted me. This policy change? I lost my roadside assistance. I called the office to ask why it was removed and why I wasn’t notified, and they simply said, Oh you should have received the notice in the mail. Two months had gone by and I never received notice. I saw it myself when I logged in online to see what my renewal premium would be. The only reason why I’m staying with this company is because I’m three years in and no other company can beat State Farm’s premium. Otherwise, I’d take my insurance to agent I work for now.
