Hector is an insurance salesman in the Bay Area -Penninsula who specializes in providing service to the poorer area in Redwood City. His clients are mostly latinos. Overall my experience with him was a bit unnerving. He had the air of a car salesman to him which made me uncomfortable. You could tell he hired women just to look at them not because they were particularly competent. There was usually a long wait time to talk to him and when you finally got the chance he was on the phone most of the time. I had heard some decent things about him from people in the area but overall I don’t think he was the best i’ve been to. I ignored my instincts at first because of the relationships he had with nearby people but overall I came to figure out he wasn’t particularly great.
