1. I have been working with this local Allstate agency for years. I have found that the agents promptly call me back when I have questions or when I have filed a claim, and have found that their policies are very competitively priced. I continue to be impressed by the fact that they will let me know about services or options available to me. During my first annual review with Jackie Voss of my policies she told me that for just a few dollars a year I could insure both of my vehicles for towing expenses, which often is about 45-75 dollars each incident. During that first year I saved over a hundred dollars by using that benefit, which I would have never known about without it being pointed out to me. Adiditonally, when an uninsured driver hit our vehicle the ladies that worked in the office were professional and compassionate, even intervening when the rental company was rude and unresponsive. I would never use another agency.
