My experience with Jules Minne at Farmers Insurance has been a pleasant experience. He has always been very helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as his receptionist who responds very quickly to my emails. They don’t ever bother me or bug me trying to sell me more insurance. They do send me things occasionally to remind me to update or add services but never in a pestering manner. They are always very friendly whether in person or over the phone. They process my claims very quickly and without hassle and make me feel very comfortable and confident knowing they have my family’s needs in their best interest. I am extremely satisfied with Jules Minne at Farmers Insurance and would recommend them to anyone needing to find an insurance agent.
