Kimberly Lee is a friendly, knowledgeable agent. She helped my son get a slightly reduced rate for car insurance thanks to a driving program offered by State Farm. The office is reasonably close and professional looking. The staff is very friendly. Kimberly seems very busy so I have talked to her staff on several occasions when she’s out of the office. My car insurance went up after my husband had an accident (and also needed his car towed) which I was unhappy about. Still, we have a discount thanks to having our house and car insurance through State Farm. Kimberly has replied to my e-mails in a timely manner, and so does her staff. All in all, I can’t complain about the service. I’ve been a customer since 2013 and don’t plan on changing anytime soon. Lastly, Kimberly works with her husband so it’s a family business which I like.
