In the past year or so, we’ve had very little contact with Kyle. Every call I’ve made to his office, with questions regarding claims or policies, has been dealt with by his office staff. At one point, Kyle was supposed to call me back with an answer to a question, and never did. When we made a claim last year, Kyle never once followed up with the process, and never contacted us regarding reimbursement for repairs. We had issues getting the claim paid through State Farm, but again, we always had to work through his office staff. It’s unfortunate, that as clients, we hear very little from Kyle. He’s always eager to talk with potential clients, but doesn’t seem to have time for current clients. While the hassle of changing our insurance to another agent isn’t ideal, it may be worth it to feel valued as a customer.
