I chose State Farm insurance when I bought my house because they have no breed restrictions on the types of dogs they will insure. (I have two large dogs.) We bundled our home and auto policies shortly afterward. Every other year Lauri asks us to come in to review our coverage, which takes 30-60 minutes. The process has been painless so far, which is how it should be. The only question I have is about flood insurance. I asked about it at my last appointment, but she didn’t think I should buy it and didn’t give me a clear answer why. I would think that an insurance agent would jump at the chance to sell me more insurance. We plan to retrofit our house for seismic damage in the next year, and Lauri answered some important questions about that process. Overall, so far so good.
