1. Our experience with the agent has been very good. We have had several claims over the last few years and they have been able to direct us and guide us through the process. My biggest compliment however really is around how the agent is so involved in the community. We living a very small town. Mark Mitchell is always around participating in the local events. This honestly is how we found his agency and decided to go with him. He has a old red fire truck that he uses and brings around to events. He team is always there at festivals and fairs and fundraisers, being part of the group. This type of community spirit is what makes you want to do business with his office. It is also the type of business model we should see more of.

2. The agent was knowledgeable and able to see to my needs. He explained how rental cars would be covered. He also explained in detail the various aspects of my insurance, including how the life insurance would work, adding cars or drivers to my auto, and the like. His office was inviting, and his manner was pleasant. He answered all the questions I had, even ones I felt would be obscure. He explained what my renters policy covered, and how it sometimes could apply to items not in my rental unit. He also saved me money by bundling my insurances together. So much so that I essentially got my Renters policy for free once all was said and done. I was very satisfied, and plan to continue using his service for some time.
