1. I don’t have a whole lot to say about Allstate insurance. I’ve actually never had to make a claim with them. Setting up car insurance and renters insurance was pretty painless and cheap enough. I can always reach someone who can help on the phone when I call – for example, when I needed to switch which car was covered on my policy, it took just minutes, and the person on the phone was kind enough to explain all of my options, including the various deductibles. It’s been a positive experience in that I don’t feel that my time is wasted when I need assistance but also because I feel access to their online tools is quite useful and their rates so far have been pretty reasonable. Nobody likes buying insurance; so the more painless the process, the more likely I am to give any agent a 5.
