This is a small and family owned business. Matt and his wife are personable and easy to work with. I really felt like they tried to give me the best rate possible. With my last insurance company my rate increased by an outrageous amount, but since I have been with American National my rate has never gone up by more than 3-4%.
Some of my favorite things about this agent include getting a birthday present every year in the mail, timely notification of an issues and great customer service. I also love that you can bundle your home, life and auto insurance to get an even cheaper rate.
I highly recommend this particular insurance agent. He is easy to get a hold of via text, call or email and he is willing to accommodate your schedule.
