1. I did a significant amount of research in selecting a new insurance provider. My initial interview presented me with better coverage and lower rates than my previous company. This agent was able to provide me with prompt and friendly assistance in setting up my coverages, and left me feeling as though I had genuinely made the best possible choice. In selecting new insurance, I considered both local and internet-based providers. While some of the internet-based options did come in lower in terms of cost, Matt’s agency made me feel secure that the insurance protection I was purchasing would actually be there when and if I needed it. The policy information I received was explained clearly, and presented to me in writing, in a very easily understandable format, allowing me to compare apples to apples with the other providers I was considering. Communication outside of the initial conversation has been consistent, non-sales oriented, and genuinely helpful.

2. I contacted Matt based on a Google Search, and called his office for a quote. The receptionist was very personable and willing to help! Once I got Matt, he had all my information and it was accurate and it was easy to get a quote. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the agency as the quote I was able to obtain in my 15 minute break at work. I also added a rental insurance policy at a minimum cost. I have had to call the office as I got a different vehicle and due to the loan I had to change my coverage. I was being very indecisive and Matt was very patient and went over all my options as well as costs with me. I’ve only called once or twice since I acquired my policy and my questions were answered immediately. Very polite, friendly, and efficient agency. I would highly recommend them!”
