I chose her as my agent because my family has always used State Farm so when I moved to the city I currently live, I searched for State Farm agents. I looked at her among several others and my first contact with her office was positive so I went with her. The quotes for car insurance she gave were similar to other insurance agents, so I based my decision on a personal likability factor. Personally, she is really nice and appears to put the interests of her customers first. I have never had to put in an insurance claim since choosing her as my agent, so I cannot speak to her effectiveness on that front. She is always keeping me up to date on what products are currently offered but never pushes products so hard that it makes me uncomfortable as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an insurance agent to a friend.
