My experience with this agent was a relief after having been to multiple big name” insurance agencies and not feeling that my needs were being provided for. Melanie and her staff were able to find the coverage I needed at the price I wanted. Not only this, but they let me know, in simple terms, what discounts I was getting and why. The only negative thing I have to say about this agent is that she is very “by the book” in regards that if I tell her something in order to get advice on how best to proceed, she tells my insurance agency and it has ended up costing me. In that regard I do not feel compelled to tell her everything for fear of my insurance agency finding out and trying to deny me coverage or something of the like.
