I was quite unsure of where to go for new auto/renters insurance as my rates at my old place had gone up considerably and I needed to find some place I could afford and trust. I’ve been with Mike and State Farm for about 5 or 6 years now and have been truly thankful for everyone in the office. I have had to change my payment dates, payment methods and have had no problems at all. Every time I call, Mike and his staff are super friendly and always helpful. Luckily, I’ve never had a need to follow a claim but am not worried, should that need arise. I have had to buy a new car about 6 months ago and the process was terrible at the dealership. The only part of the process that made me not want to cry was calling my insurance agent to switch my coverage over. They were very kind, professional and incredibly helpful during such a trying time. I would highly recommend Mike to any of my friends and family.
