It has been mostly positive. Agent is always quick to respond or answer his phone when needed.
Nick was able to lock in really great rates on our insurance, it was very hard to pass up. Our car insurance went down almost 50% and the type of coverage was able to stay the same. Anytime I have a question or concern, he is knowledgeable enough to know the answer right away or call me back the same day with an answer. There have been a couple of times that I had a question that he needed to look into and I was told he would get back in touch with me on the answer and then I either never heard back or I needed to reach back out to him in order to resolve my query. Overall, really great service and incredibly friendly. Very good customer service and seems to value me as a consumer.
