I quickly searched for a new agent, and went with Ms. Mays, who worked with us to get our paperwork done and even made a special trip on a Sunday to get our forms signed. She was very friendly and accommodating. When I wanted to change my coverage, she gave good advice about the consequences of the changes I wanted and made the changes quickly.
