We have been insured at this agency for several years. We have met with Paul in person. Michele is the customer service representative that I generally work with. She is an asset to the Paul Parks Agency, and she is very professional. Michele is very good with communication and service, and is very prompt. We prefer communication by email, and that is respected. We have several policies with Paul Parks, and have been happy with the agency. Having worked in the insurance industry myself for 15 years, I have high expectations where our insurance needs are concerned.
Paul Parks’ office was originally very close to our home. He later moved to his current location, which is still conveniently located.
The only problem we have encountered was an auto claim. We dealt directly with claims, and they ignored important information that was pointed out several times to several people. I let Michele know about the situation, and she passed it on to Paul who addressed it with claims. That issue was not resolved to our satisfaction, and that was totally due to claims and not to Paul’s office. Paul’s office at least took the time to listen and address it with claims for us.
