Our experience with Phil Boldman and his staff has been perfect. They stepped up to handle our insurance when our previous carrier wouldn’t cover the new home we were closing on. They provided a competitive quote, and made a stressful situation much less worrisome.
Kudos especially to the CSR Elise whom we primarily deal with. She is a model of customer service. She takes her time with you and treats you like a real person (not just a number). When we call to ask questions she is always friendly, gives us the response then and there (no need for call backs!), and provides accurate information. While we haven’t had a claim yet, I have every confidence it will be handled with professionalism and prompt service. We couldn’t be happier with State Farm, and will certainly be long term clients.
