My experience with Rick Hakey’s agency has been wonderful so far. I have been with his insurance agency for a little over a year, I believe. I have my car insurance and renters insurance through his office. The prices seem to be extremely reasonable and I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of at all. I receive handwritten holiday cards from Rick Hakey’s agency which is something small, but it means a lot to me to receive these cards from him. I have had a lot of questions about insurance because I just recently moved to my own policies instead of being covered under my parents. Each time I call in to his office or send him an email either his staff or himself are always wiling to help and are very easy to work with and speak to. On top of being overly kind, they are very knowledgeable about the world of insurance and I always get the answers to my questions quickly and painlessly.
