I have been greatly disappointed with this agent. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered, and requested information on adding my son and was not responded to. I left voicemails that went unanswered. My premiums increased greatly. Communication was poor. The other agent I spoke to in the office argued with me and made excuses, stating the email address I had was invalid although it was still usable. The website was not up to date because I sent communication through it and it also went unanswered. I have been very upset with how I have been treated. When I used State Farm they were prompt, professional, and courteous. They responded to my emails in a timely manner. Nationwide, specifically Mr. Rosemond, has been a terrible insurance provider. I will not recommend them to anyone. However, billing is easy because it is automatic and the website is very easy to navigate. The insurance plan itself is good – or so it seems, I cannot reach anyone to ask questions.
