Shawn is very attentive to the needs of his clients. If you are not satisfied with something he will work with you to make it right. He and his staff are always pleasant and if you need something in a hurry they are there. For instance, my daughter purchased a new car we called and added the vehicle to the insurance and they immediately faxed the car dealership the details of our insurance.
When we filed a claim for an lightning strike on an heat/air unit and corporate State Farm wanted the unit tested to make sure it was lighting. I got very upset about the procedure and the delay. I called Shawn and he immediately called the home office and got everything straightened out. We had a new unit within a week.
