1. I think that this particular insurance company has world class customer service. They go out of their way to make sure they can meet all of my needs and exceed my expectations. They offer every service imaginable at rates nearly no company can beat. I have been using them for over a decade and have never had any problems or issues. In my opinion, I do not believe there is another place I would take my business. They have served my family proudly for generations.

   There was a time that I was driving home after work and the weather was very bad. There was ice on the roads at least 3 inches thick. On my way home I come around a bend only to see a massive salt truck that is stopped in the center of the road. I tried to slam on breaks only for my car to still proceed forward. No matter what I tried I could not slow down. I turned the wheel to try and turn so I would not hit the truck, but it was to no avail.

   I inevitably slammed into the back of the truck and crunched the front of my car. I barely made a dent in the salt truck, however the state claimed a higher damage rate that what it should have been. I was very concerned until I called my agent Shea. She assured me everything was fine and that i was covered under my policy. She help me take the proper steps in making a claim and filing the damages. There is no place better than my insurance company.
