1. I was referred to Steve by my mother in-law, who has used Steve as an insurance agent for years. My experience with Steve has been excellent. I always receive prompt responses on my phone calls, and they are always looking for ways to save me money on my policy costs. In the few times that I have needed to use my insurance in the past ten years, Steve and his assistants have always been super helpful. I had hail damage in 2011 on my home, which resulted in the roof having to be replaced. All I did was make one call to Steve, and the rest was handled. They opened a claim, had an adjustor visit, and then the roof was replaced within a couple of weeks. My wife and I have been involved in three car accidents in the past ten years, and Steve has made the process much less cumbersome than it would have been otherwise. I would highly recommend Steve and his staff to anyone looking to take out a new policy, or switch carriers.
