Right from the start, I could tell this agent was different. He always takes the time to completely explain things to you. He makes sure you have the best coverage available. He stays in constant communication. He is also reachable by many different ways. For example, he will take care of things via email just as well as on the phone. He has very competent employees too. So whoever you speak to, you know you are in good hands. Another great thing is that for motorcycle coverage, you can set a date to resume coverage come spring time and suspend coverage in the fall. This prevents having to call about this each season. He just automatically takes care of it. Overall, I have been very happy with his service. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
