I spoke with this agent over the phone and email for all communications. They were pleasant and efficient to work with on the phone, but the online portion was very disorganized. The office kept sending me automatic emails saying that they had a quote ready for me to review, even after I reviewed it over the phone. Also, after I reviewed the quote they emailed me the forms to sign, and my name was spelled wrong on all of them, even though they had my correct name in all our emails. I had to wait a few days for them to switch the name over. When I would call them, the issues would be fixed immediately, but anything over email was super messy. And then even after everything on the quote was signed and official, I got an email saying We haven’t hear from you in a while, are you still interested in talking about our quote?”. I called, and it turned out the email was sent by a mistake. So that has all been very annoying”
