Tyler offers all kinds of finacial services. This particular office is very busy. Sometimes, Tyler is hard to get a hold of, but he always returns calls when I leave a message. He offers good advice on the best ways to save money and still get the coverage we need. He listens to what we want and doesn’t try to upsell us on unecessary add ons or lower deductibles. He has let us know that when we are ready for other finacial servces/planning, he is available. Horace Mann gives us a discount for having multiple policies (auto and homeowners). We have had one auto claim that was handled quickly and without hassle, and our premium rates did not go up. Also, we were able to go to the mechanic of our choice, which was convenient.
