Andy has been providing insurance for our family for many years, and I was so happy to have him when I purchased my first car and eventually my first home. He really makes an effort to know his customers, from visiting the property and bringing house warming gifts, to helping me understand terms in the best way possible. For example, a rock hit my windshield and created a large crack. He ran the numbers and helped determine that filing an insurance claim to repair would be more costly due to loss of earned discounts, than repairing on our own. But, then he went above and beyond and worked directly with a local repair shop to get the insurance company pricing for the repair, which was much cheaper than if I would have gone on my own. In the end, it was a win win for everyone.
