1. Annette was a positive experience from the get-go because she didn’t treat me like a kid. Pretty basic, but you’d be surprised how many services treat you terribly on the assumption that you’re an oblivious millennial.

   My needs were to insure two cars (Ford and a BMW) and obtain some renter’s insurance to cover the various little troubles you might run into as a renter. When I went into AAA’s office, I was pretty well ignorant of the process, costs, and coverage–just about everything, really.

   Annette was more than happy to explain how insurance worked to me (I was young!), what my coverage was, and how I could save some money with, for example, my good grades from college and later, law school.

   Further, Annette was very on top of making sure I had liability coverage appropriate to shield my other assets in the event of a major claim against me.

   Her warmth, next level service, and overall helpful nature sold me as a customer and has retained me to this day.
