My family has been with Bill Eckert at State Farm for years and we are extremely pleased with this agency. Within the last six months, we have had to submit two claims on the same vehicle! Mr. Ecker and all of his staff were not only professional and very prompt in getting the claim moving along, but they were also incredibly kind and concerned for my well-being. They handled the claim very rapidly and I was repaired and back on the road in no time. Having two claims back to back, I figured that my rates would go up but they haven’t at all. I cannot say enough good things about this agency. You are always greeted the moment you walk in the door and offered a beverage and a comfortable place to sit if there is any wait time at all. Mr. Ecker is also a very generous and active man in the community and he is the character of person that I can place my complete trust in to handle all of my insurance needs.
