Brenda realized that many agencies no longer need a full-time employee dedicated to bookkeeping. She also saw smaller agency owners struggle to do the work themselves or draft a CSR to handle these duties, often leading to less than desired results, eventual costs to repair, and loss of productive sales/service time. As premiums and commissions for agencies were squeezed, she recognized a unique opportunity to provide professional expertise for just the right amount of time and level of service needed.
