I went with this agent because my dad has used this same company (Star Valley Insurance) for years. So I could probably find cheaper insurance, but I like going through people that I know personally, because I feel more like I’m a person to them instead of just another account. I appreciate that I have received personal phone calls about things from this agency, and I feel like they’re looking out for my interests. I have not ever had to file a claim, so I don’t have any experience to go on there. But the process of purchasing insurance was easy and pleasant, and it’s been easy to renew the policy just by making the payment. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I know I can contact their office and talk to a real person that I actually know. So overall, I am pleased with this agency and with my experience with them.
