Rick is a very conscientious agent who takes the time to listen to his customers and provide them with all the information they need to make an informed choice. We have used him for a number of years and have always found him to be responsive and informative. We went through a home change and Rick was able to provide us with bridging coverage during a delay in the sale of our previous home. His auto deals are the best we have found and he always looks for ways to save you money, especially when you have teenagers on your auto policy! he also keeps up to date for any discounts that you may be eligible for in order to lower your coverage rates. Plus he is an interesting and friendly guy!”
I had requested a quote online with several other insurance companies; I own two cars currently, and they got back to me by phone within a day. Even my own insurance carrier could not be bothered to call me back. I had a lot of questions about both policies on pricing differences between my current agency and theirs, there was a huge gap in the pricce, and he was patient, and I feel honest, in answering all of my questions for both policies. Once I moved my renters and auto over to them, there was little paperwork other then voluntary paperwork for them to contact my current insurance agency on my behalf to cancel out both policies. Then, for the collision portion of the auto policy, I needed to get photos taken. That part took three minutes at one of their approved sites (At Firestone Tire!). Overall, it was a super easy transition, and they really did save me a boatload of money on insuring two sports cars.
