   As customers for many years, we have only had positive experiences with our agent.

   Unfortunately, we have had to file claims throughout the years. Some claims have been due to car accidents and some claims have been for our home (hail damage, storm damage). We have never had any issues with filing claims. Our agent and his employees have never been anything but helpful to my family. They will always go out of their way to assist us and to get us the best possible rates. My husband’s parents had been long-term customers (30+ years) and therefore my husband had been, too. When my husband and I got married, it seemed only natural that I would join his policy. I had never been loyal to any one agent or company prior to us getting married. Since our marriage, I have been a loyal State Farm customer and would recommend our agent, Keith Webb, to anyone!”

   My experience with this agent has been excellent.

   My experience has been great with this agent and this insurance company. They are available to always give me and my family the customer service that we need. They have allowed me to change policies, limits, and coverages, whenever I need to and that is extremely convenient in my opinion. They offer a wide variety of coverages, for a lower price than any of the competitors in the same area. They were helpful when I needed to add renters insurance and were there to help me determine the amount of coverage that I would need. The only issue that I have ever personally had with this agency is that the monthly price is not consistent. It recently increased and I was not notified before it happened. Other than not being notified of price increases, I have been completely satisfied with this agency.
