I was first introduced to The Dugas Agency by my father. I purchased my homeowners policy from them in 2002. The policy was with Prudential and was handled by my mortgage company. I really didn’t do much with it in the first few years. However, when I noticed there was an increase in my premium I called in and spoke with one of the associates named Adan Duran. He was able to not only correct this increase but also to offer a Liberty Mutual auto policy which was MUCH better than the one I had at the time. I worked with Mr. Duran for several years until Paulette Dugas took over the policy care.
I receive wonderful customer service and Ms. Dugas is always available to answer any questions. She is knowledgeable and, when I purchased a new (to me) car, she helped me to choose the right policy for my situation. This policy is still the best coverage I can get for the money and believe me I have checked around. I have enjoyed doing business with The Dugas Agency in general but Paulette has been particularly helpful. Insurance isn’t something I feel very qualified to choose, but I have complete confidence that Paulette is looking out for my best interests.
