We first decided to use Justin when we were searching for lower premiums. The agency he works for was recommended by family and friends. He was very helpful and explained the policies and premiums quite well. He told us after a certain amount of time the cost of our premiums would go down. This never happened, when asked about it we were told that conversation never happened. Our coverage has been raised without our consent. When we have had an issue and needed to use our insurance his office tells us to call the 800 number and make a claim. They don’t answer any questions we have if a problem does arise, we are directed to the 800 number. The only time we hear from Justin’s office is when it’s time for the annual look over your policy and see what you need to add sales speech. We have to comb over our statements every year to make sure nothing has been added, when we do get a discount the exact amount is added to another one of our policies. We get an excuse as to why one went up and the other went down and it’s coincidence that it’s the same amount.
