Robert and I have known each other for almost 12 years, we are friends and our families are friends. He became my insurance agent because I was using Geico and wanted to shop around for a better price. Not only was his price better, but his service is by far the best I have ever received.

Not only is Robert a great friend, but he is the best insurance agent I have come across. I do not even check his pricing anymore against the competition because even if they were cheaper, they would not come close to the service provided by him.
I met Bob and his family at church over 10 years ago, we have children the same age who love to play together. We became friends almost immediately. I was with Geico for the longest time and decided one day to shop around and see if the price could be beat, Bob was my first call, and of course, along with his outstanding service, his pricing was less than Geico. When buying my home 5 years ago, I contacted Bob to purchase homeowner’s insurance, he was able to take care of everything along with my real estate agent, lawyer and closing company. Everything went smoothly and I was able to get a discount by bundling with the car insurance. Last year, I had a collision on July 4th, I was able to call Bob and he picked up his phone right away and walked me through the procedure for reporting a collision. Bob is the best insurance agent I have ever had.
